Black & White Elegant Cake

While I'm happy to admit I'm glad how the look of the cake turned out, I'm even more pleased how it tastes.
Inside is a moist, rich chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, raspberry & shaved truffle layers.  YUM!

I used an ivory fondant for the scroll work to make them stand out a little more
