Tree Trunk Anniversary Cake
Client requested Tree with heart carved out & verbage. Very cute idea and I was happy to create. Wife was surprising her husband with a small cake to celebrate their 2 year anniversary which also happens to be Valentine's Day. I love surprisees!

Black & White Elegant Cake
While I'm happy to admit I'm glad how the look of the cake turned out, I'm even more pleased how it tastes.
Inside is a moist, rich chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, raspberry & shaved truffle layers. YUM!
