Why not please all your guests. The cupcakes are vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream for the kids and the cake is a Cardamom cake with White Chocolate Mousse filling, orange curd and orange buttercream for the adults.

Craps Dice Cake

This dice cake is for a 40th Birthday party at a yacht club with a craps table. The client is Hawaiian and that's why I added a couple hibiscus flowers. The cake is a chocolate cake with Coconut Creme filling and Coconut buttercream.

Road to Success Cake

Celebrating a young man's high school graduation and his acceptance into college. Bottom tier is a large graduation cap with fondant tassel and gum paste diploma. Middle tier is the road ahead and it's all topped with a fondant Audi and young man figure. His sweatshirt has his college logo on it. This design is one of my personal favorites.
